Privacy Policy

K-TRADE LLC (“Edge Desk™,” “we,” “us”) provides market-intelligence products for traders and research teams through three vehicles:
- Public website — edge-desk.ai
- Snowflake Marketplace listings — Native App and Secure Share
- Private, gated Edge Desk SaaS application — for direct subscribers
We are committed to protecting privacy. This notice explains what limited information we may have, how long we keep it, and our sharing rule.
Edge Desk is analytics / decision support only. We do not place trades, submit broker orders, or act as your broker or investment adviser.
What we collect
We process primarily business identity and usage information, not consumer marketing profiles:
- Username / account identity — when you access Edge Desk through Snowflake, authentication is handled by Snowflake. We may see your Snowflake username, account, or organization identifiers needed to deliver or support the product.
- Usage statistics — aggregate or account-level signals about how listings or installed products are used (for example installs, queries, or engagement metrics Snowflake makes available to Marketplace providers). We use these to operate and improve Edge Desk.
- Contact information you send us — if you email us (name, email, message), we use it only to respond.
- Newsletter / keep-me-informed signup — when you sign up on our public site to keep informed or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. We use this only to send updates you requested.
- Website essentials — our public site may record standard host/CDN request logs. The site stores a light/dark theme preference in your browser. We do not currently run advertising cookies or third-party analytics pixels on edge-desk.ai.
We do not collect broker passwords, personal brokerage balances/P&L, payment cards on our website, or data from children under 18.
Market-intelligence datasets we publish (pulse, regime, bounded history, etc.) are product content — not your personal trading records.
How we use it
- Operate the public website (theme preference, host/CDN logs) and deliver the products you access via Marketplace listings or our private gated SaaS
- Use Snowflake username, account, and organization identifiers only as needed to grant access, troubleshoot, and support those products
- Use Marketplace and product usage statistics to operate and improve Edge Desk (reliability, capacity, product quality) — not for advertising
- Send newsletter and “keep me informed” updates only if you signed up with your name and email
- Reply when you email us
- Meet Marketplace and legal obligations that apply to us as a provider
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:

Data that lives inside your Snowflake account (installed app objects, mounted share tables) is retained under your account policies — we do not run a separate copy of your warehouse for privacy retention.
Sharing — we do not share
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial use. Period.
We do not disclose your username, email, or usage statistics to other customers, data brokers, advertisers, or partners.
Narrow infrastructure note (not “sharing” for their business): the public website is hosted on Cloudflare, and products run on Snowflake. Those platforms process technical data as needed to host and run the service under their terms. That is not Edge Desk sharing your information with other companies for their benefit.
We will disclose information only if legally required (valid legal process).
Your choices
Email support@edge-desk.ai to ask what contact information we hold, to unsubscribe from our newsletter, or to request correction or deletion of information you provided. For Snowflake account/username controls, use your Snowflake org admin and Snowflake’s privacy tools — we do not replace Snowflake’s identity system.
Changes
We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. The current version will always be posted at https://edge-desk.ai/privacy.
